From vineyards to wine, this very rare 2009 vintage is the heir to fascinating stories – traditions that were shared from parents to children, both by great names of Portuguese oenology from the past, and by humble and wise people for whom these lands don’t hold any secrets. It was produced from carefully harvested grapes in October 2009 from the vineyards of Casa da Passarella, which include several century-old plots. Traditional winemaking in granite wine press and initial stage in old 600-litre barrels. Bottled in May 2011, to be unveiled in November 2020.
