Returns & Deliveries


O ABRIGO DA PASSARELA, LDA provides customers of its Online Shop with payment by Visa / Mastercard, MBWay, ATM and bank transfer.
All orders placed on the Online Shop will be sent after payment is made. The order can only be canceled if the order has not yet been shipped.

Stocks and prices

All items for sale are subject to existing stock. Orders are placed on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event of temporary or permanent stockouts, the customer will be informed and, whenever possible, an alternative of products with similar characteristics is suggested. If it is not possible, or if it is not in the interest of the customer, the money will be returned in full at no additional cost.
All prices indicated are in Euros with VAT included at the legal current rate.
Special promotions in the Online Shop may or may not apply to the physical store.
Prices can be changed without prior notice, without resulting in compensation for customers who purchased the products at an earlier date for a higher price.

Shipments and returns


Our deliveries are generally made between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm, only on working days, and only in mainland Portugal. Delivery times may change according to external factors such as holidays, weekends, holidays, time zones or adverse weather conditions. If the carrier tries to make a delivery and the customer is not at home at the time of receipt, the delivery time may change.
After the purchase is completed, the customer will receive an email with the confirmation of the purchase and an indication of the products purchased.
The order always follows with the respective waybill through which you can track the shipment, through the tracking number.
In general, after dispatch, the estimated transit time is 2 to 3 business days. Due to the constraints of COVID-19, there may be delays in shipment of orders.
We remind you that for all orders, it is necessary to fill in some mandatory data, such as name, full address, telephone contact and email.
In the case of orders up to 45 € the shipping cost is 7 € (VAT included). Above 45 € shipping is free.


Under Decree-Law No. 143/2001 and Decree-Law 82/2008 of 20/05, the customer is entitled to return products purchased within a maximum period of 14 days, in the event of errors in shipping (exchange of items) or TCA problems. To do this, you must notify the Shop to and you will be informed about the return process, to occur within 30 days. At the same time, you should return the bottles in the same conditions found at the time of receipt, together with the original packaging. O ABRIGO DA PASSARELA, LDA reserves the right not to accept articles that do not comply with these conditions.
If the order has arrived in poor condition, you should return it as soon as possible, attaching photos in the field designated for that purpose on the return form. You should always include front and back label photos of the article, so that the legal stamp of the bottle is legible. In this case, O ABRIGO DA PASSARELA, LDA will resolve the occurrence and, if applicable, schedule the collection and inform the customer of the day of the return.
