O ABRIGO DA PASSARELA, LDA provides customers of its Online Shop with payment by Visa / Mastercard, MBWay, ATM and bank transfer.
All orders placed on the Online Shop will be sent after payment is made. The order can only be canceled if the order has not yet been shipped.

All items for sale are subject to existing stock. Orders are placed on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event of temporary or permanent stockouts, the customer will be informed and, whenever possible, an alternative of products with similar characteristics is suggested. If it is not possible, or if it is not in the interest of the customer, the money will be returned in full at no additional cost.
All prices indicated are in Euros with VAT included at the legal current rate.
Special promotions in the Online Shop may or may not apply to the physical store.
Prices can be changed without prior notice, without resulting in compensation for customers who purchased the products at an earlier date for a higher price.

In continental Portugal, our deliveries are generally made between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm, only on working days, and shipping has a fixed cost of 7 euros (value with VAT included). Delivery times may change due to external factors such as holidays, weekends, holidays, time zones or adverse weather conditions. If the carrier attempts to make a delivery and the customer is not at home at the time of receipt, the delivery time may also change. In general, after shipment, the estimated transit time is 1 to 3 business days.

In the case of the islands, Azores and Madeira, shipments are made via air service and may take up to 7 working days to arrive at the requested address. Delivery times may change due to external factors such as holidays, weekends, holidays, time zones or adverse weather conditions. If the carrier attempts to make a delivery and the customer is not at home at the time of receipt, the delivery time may also change.
Shipping values ​​to the islands are described in the list below:

1 bottle – €22.14 (€18 + 23% VAT)
2 bottles – €24.60 (€20 + 23% VAT)
3 to 5 bottles – €30.75 (€25 + 23% VAT)
6 to 11 bottles – €41.82 (€34 + 23% VAT)
12 bottles – €77.49 (€63 + 23% VAT)

Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart, depending on the number of bottles that the customer takes. In the case of continental Portugal, the value is always fixed (7€).

Casa da Passarella only ships to continental Portugal, Madeira and the Azores.

After making the purchase, the customer will receive an e-mail confirming the purchase and indicating which products have been purchased. The order always comes with the respective waybill through which you can track the shipment, through the tracking number.
We remind you that for all orders it is necessary to fill in some mandatory data, such as name, full address, telephone contact and email.

Under Decree-Law No. 143/2001 and Decree-Law 82/2008 of 20/05, the customer is entitled to return products purchased within a maximum period of 14 days, in the event of errors in shipping (exchange of items) or TCA problems. To do this, you must notify the Shop to [email protected] and you will be informed about the return process, to occur within 30 days. At the same time, you should return the bottles in the same conditions found at the time of receipt, together with the original packaging. O ABRIGO DA PASSARELA, LDA reserves the right not to accept articles that do not comply with these conditions.
If the order has arrived in poor condition, you should return it as soon as possible, attaching photos in the field designated for that purpose on the return form. You should always include front and back label photos of the article, so that the legal stamp of the bottle is legible. In this case, O ABRIGO DA PASSARELA, LDA will resolve the occurrence and, if applicable, schedule the collection and inform the customer of the day of the return.
